HK40炉管系离心铸造的大晶粒奥氏体不锈钢 ,用普通的无损检测方法很难对其进行可靠的检测。理论和实践都表明双探头透射法是检测 HK40炉管的行之有效的方法。本文探讨透射法检测过程中的影响因素。
Large-grain austenitic stainless steel centrifugally cast in the HK40 furnace tube is difficult to reliably test with conventional nondestructive testing methods. Both theory and practice show that the dual probe transmission method is an effective method to detect HK40 furnace tube. This article discusses the influence factors in the transmission method.
