选用三种活度不同的氟碱型烧结焊剂,搭配Mn-Ni-Cr-Ti-B系焊丝,对低锰管线钢进行平板焊接试验。试验结果表明,随着焊剂活度从0.24降至0.20,焊缝金属中的Mn含量由0.88%增至1.00%,Si含量由0.241%降至0.208%。低锰管线钢焊缝Mn/Si值从3.65增大至4.80时,焊缝金相组织中针状铁素体比例增大,-10℃下冲击功均值由37 J增至114 J。
Three kinds of fluorinated alkali sintered fluxes with different activities were selected, and the Mn-Ni-Cr-Ti-B series welding wire was used to carry out the flat plate welding test on the low manganese pipeline steel. The experimental results show that the Mn content in the weld metal increases from 0.88% to 1.00% and the Si content decreases from 0.241% to 0.208% as the flux activity decreases from 0.24 to 0.20. When the Mn / Si value of low manganese pipeline weld increases from 3.65 to 4.80, the proportion of acicular ferrite in the microstructure of the weld increases, and the mean value of impact energy increases from 37 J to 114 J at -10 ℃.
