目的:观察五指毛桃镇咳及平喘的作用。方法:通过小鼠浓氨水引咳法、豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法、豚鼠组胺-乙酰胆碱超声雾化法、离体豚鼠气管平滑肌痉挛法及豚鼠过敏性休克法观察五指毛桃的镇咳平喘作用。结果:五指毛桃能明显减少氨水引发小鼠及枸橼酸引发豚鼠咳嗽反应的次数,并延长咳嗽潜伏期,对抗组胺-乙酰胆碱引起的豚鼠支气管哮喘,对磷酸组胺所致豚鼠离体气管平滑肌收缩有拮抗作用,并具有抗豚鼠过敏性休克的作用。结论:五指毛桃具有良好的镇咳及平喘作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of five-pointed peach antitussive and asthma.
