本研究利用四种工业微生物蛋白酶制剂对大豆制油副产物豆粕分别水解,得到了四种水解产物。豆粕的酶水解经“旋转组合设计”处理分别得出了四种酶水解豆粕的优化条件,水解度较已知前人的工作有所提高。
In this study, four kinds of industrial microbial protease preparations were used to hydrolyze soybean meal byproducts, respectively, and four hydrolyzate products were obtained. Enzymatic hydrolysis of soybean meal by the “rotating combination design” deal with four conditions were obtained enzymatic hydrolysis of soybean meal, the hydrolysis degree of work than known predecessors has increased.
