【目的/意义】智能技术背景下的QA系统作为图书馆数字参考咨询的基本服务,是为图书馆用户提供日趋复杂而广泛的专业知识服务的重要信息系统。【方法/过程】在对传统问答系统存在的主观性、局限性和不准确性等问题分析的基础上,将Deep QA技术引入图书馆数字参考咨询问答系统改造中,在Deep QA多种开放式问答技术融合支持下,设计了新问答系统的工作流程。【结果/结论】通过Deep QA智能技术的应用,提高整个问答系统服务的准确性、自信度和速度,为用户提供更加快捷智能的咨询服务,提升图书馆的智能化咨询服务水平。
[Purpose / Significance] As a basic service of library digital reference service, QA system under the background of intelligent technology is an important information system that provides library users with increasingly complicated and extensive professional knowledge services. Methods / Procedures Based on the analysis of the subjectivity, limitations and inaccuracies of traditional question-answering system, Deep QA technology was introduced into the transformation of the library digital reference question answering system, Q & A technology integration support, the design of the new QA system workflow. [Results / Conclusion] Through the application of Deep QA intelligent technology, the accuracy, confidence and speed of service of the whole Q & A system are improved, the user is provided with quicker and more intelligent consultation services, and the intelligent consultation service of the library is enhanced.
