目前在生产中使用的各种中子测井方法,都是单独测定地层中子性质的某一方面,而不能有效地采集和应用中子核反应所能提供的非常丰富的有用信息。而脉冲中子非弹性散射和俘获伽玛能谱测井,可以采集由核反应所产生的全部信息,用先进的数学方法经过计算机处理,为复杂岩性和孔隙流体的分析提供多方面的重要数据。它能解决电法测井和中子寿命测井所不能解决的某些疑难问题。
At present, all kinds of neutron logging methods used in production are all aspects of determining neutron properties of strata separately, and can not effectively collect and use very rich and useful information provided by neutron nuclear reactions. Pulsed neutron inelastic scattering and trapped gamma-ray spectroscopy can capture all the information generated by the nuclear reactions and are processed by computer using advanced mathematical methods to provide important data in many aspects for complex lithology and pore fluid analysis . It can solve some difficult problems that can not be solved by electrical logging and neutron lifetime logging.
