目的观察中药复方糖络宁对糖尿病大鼠的一般指标及热、冷刺激的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素诱导建立糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组,西药组,糖络宁高、中、低剂量组给药。观察糖络宁对糖尿病大鼠一般指标及热刺激和冷刺激的影响。结果模型组大鼠糖化血红蛋白较正常对照组大鼠明显升高,糖络宁中剂量、高剂量治疗组能够降低糖尿病大鼠的糖化血红蛋白(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠血糖较正常对照组大鼠明显升高,糖络宁中剂量、高剂量治疗组能够降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖。各剂量糖络宁治疗组对糖尿病大鼠体重均无影响(P>0.05)。模型组大鼠对冷、热刺激的感觉功能变化与正常大鼠比较,存在由痛觉过敏到痛觉迟钝的双相变化。各剂量组糖络宁治疗组均可以改善糖尿病大鼠的痛觉过敏及痛觉迟钝。结论糖络宁可以降低STZ大鼠糖化血红蛋白,降低血糖,明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变症状。
Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine compound DangluoNing on general indexes and heat and cold stimulation of diabetic rats. Methods The rat model of diabetes was induced by streptozotocin. After the model was established successfully, it was randomly divided into model group, western medicine group, and high-dose, middle-dose, and low-dose groups of Dangduo Ning. Observe the effect of Dangduoning on general indexes, heat stimulation and cold stimulation of diabetic rats. Results The glycosylated hemoglobin in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group, and the glycosylated hemoglobin in the diabetic rats was decreased in the Dunolding medium and high dose group (P<0.05). The rats in the model group had significantly higher blood glucose levels than those in the normal control group. The middle and high doses of Dunolding treatment reduced blood glucose levels in diabetic rats. Each dose of Dundalin treatment group had no effect on body weight of diabetic rats (P>0.05). Compared with normal rats, the model group had a biphasic change from hyperalgesia to hyperalgesia. Each dose of the Dunluo Ning treatment group can improve hyperalgesia and hyperalgesia in diabetic rats. Conclusion Dangduoning can reduce the glycosylated hemoglobin of STZ rats, reduce blood glucose, and significantly improve the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
