处于青春期的初中生,他们的心理活动往往处于矛盾状态,心理水平呈现出半成熟、半幼稚性,此时德育工作的实施有助于帮助初中生形成良好的道德观念,并在日后的社会生活中进行良好的道德实践。然而现阶段初中班主任德育工作的理论和实践水平却普遍不高,一是德育评估远远不如智育量化来的明显而容易,二是上级主管部门对德育工作重视不够。一般的,班主任对于德育评估都是采取应付的态度。基于此,将对新时期初中班主任德育工作的方法展开研究,以期为相关工作者提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
