近年来,市长热线快速发展,在畅通民意表达、提高行政效能、改善政府形象方面发挥了重要作用,但是也受到了很多质疑。民众在传统政治文化心理的作用下,习惯于大事小事找政府,政府去管很多管不了或者不该管的事,既不利于法治政府的建设,也不利于市民社会的发展。现实中,部分市民还对市长热线电话不好打、事情不好办的抱怨不断。所有这些质疑,都需要我们作进一步的反思,以谋求市长热线更加健康的发展。
