目的:探讨人性化服务在血液净化中心患者护理中的实施效果。方法:选取2015年于浙江省慈溪市人民医院血液净化中心就诊的90例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为人性化护理组和常规护理组,每组45例。比较两组患者的护理服务满意度、患对透析知识的掌握程度及并发症发生率。结果:人性化护理组患者对护理服务的满意度显著高于常规护理组(P<0.01);人性化护理组患者对健康宣教知识掌握率,显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05);在并发症发生上,人性化护理组发生率显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:将人性化护理服务应用于血液净化中心的护理中,有利于减少并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,从而提高整体护理质量。
Objective: To explore the implementation effect of humanized service in patient care of blood purification center. Methods: Totally 90 patients treated in the Blood Purification Center of Cixi People ’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province in 2015 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the humanized nursing group and the routine nursing group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The satisfaction of nursing service, the mastery of dialysis knowledge and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The satisfaction of nursing service to patients in humanized nursing group was significantly higher than that in routine nursing group (P <0.01). The knowledgeable rate of health education in humanized nursing group was significantly higher than that in routine nursing group (P <0.05) The incidence of complications, the incidence of human care group was significantly lower than the conventional care group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of humanized nursing service in the nursing of blood purification center is beneficial to reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction and improve the overall quality of care.
