水电机组振动区的存在直接影响水电站厂内安全运行,研究考虑振动区的水电站最优动力特性曲线是实现水电站厂内经济运行的基础。首先在机组具有单振动区时利用组合数学推导出全厂振动区,分析表明水电站全厂振动区与水电站机组台数、机组振动区宽度及位置有关;然后根据全厂振动区通过引入惩罚函数求出水电站最优动力特性曲线。实例结果表明,水电站最优动力特性曲线考虑振动区时具有分段不光滑、不连续等特征,部分区域为避免机组运行在振动区发电流量有所增加。
The existence of the vibration zone of hydropower unit directly affects the safe operation of the hydropower plant. Studying the optimal dynamic characteristic curve of the hydropower station considering the vibration zone is the basis for the economic operation of the hydropower plant. Firstly, when the unit has a single vibration zone, the whole plant vibration zone is deduced by combinational mathematics. The analysis shows that the vibration field of the whole plant is related to the number of units and the width and location of the vibration zone of the hydropower plant. Then, Optimal dynamic characteristic curve of hydropower station. The results of the example show that the optimum dynamic characteristic curve of hydropower station has the characteristics of unsmooth section and discontinuity when considering the vibration zone. In some areas, the generation flow rate in the vibration zone is increased in order to avoid the unit operation.
