清末的历史教科书,作为当时政府官方和知识精英塑造国民、传播国民教育思想的重要媒介,全面渗透了塑造国民民族国家认同感、尚武精神和世界意识等方面的国民教育思想。清末政府和知识精英,冀图通过历史教科书中渗透的这些国民教育思想,将传统臣民塑造成为能够御强保种、救亡图存的具有国家观念、尚武精神,明了世界意识的新型国民,从而达到“史教救国”的目的。
The history textbooks in the late Qing Dynasty, as the important media for the government officials and intellectual elites to shape their nationalities and disseminate the thoughts of national education at the time, fully penetrated the national education thought that shaped the national identity, military spirit and world awareness of the nation and nation. At the end of the Qing dynasty, the government and intellectual elites tried to shape traditional national subjects into new nationalities with national values, martial spirit and world awareness through the historical textbooks permeated with these national educational thoughts so as to achieve “ History teach save the country ”purpose.
