目的分析优质护理服务在急诊内科脑梗死患者临床治疗过程中的临床意义。方法选取2014年1月-2015年10月医院接受治疗的急性脑梗死患者86例,依照护理方式不同分为对照组与观察组各43例。对照组予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行优质护理。比较2组患者的护理纠纷发生情况、康复情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组发生护理纠纷2起(4.7%);对照组发生护理纠纷9起(20.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病情好转优良率为97.7%明显高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.7%明显高于对照组的81.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理措施的实施,可有效提高急诊内科的护理服务质量,降低护理纠纷发生率,提高临床疗效和护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of quality nursing service in the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given quality care on the basis of the control group. The incidence of nursing disputes, rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were 2 nursing disputes (4.7%) in the observation group and 9 (20.9%) nursing disputes in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The good rate of improvement in the observation group was 97.7%, significantly higher than 76.7% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.7% vs 81.4%, P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing measures can effectively improve the quality of nursing service in emergency department, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes, and improve the clinical efficacy and satisfaction with nursing.
