本文应用ABC-ELISA法对101例经手术证实的包虫病人,40例非包虫病患者及61例正常人进行了血清抗细粒棘球蚴(E.g.)特异性抗体检测,并同时行常规ELISA法进行比较。101例包虫病人中ABC法和ELISA法与术后诊断的阳性符合率分别为94.06%和81.19%,对照组假阳性率分别为1.98%和0.99%。两法同为阳性的包虫病人中ABC法检出的抗体滴度为ELISA法的6.70倍。13例ELISA法阴性的包虫病人ABC法阳性,提示ABC法对于那些抗体水平较低的包虫病人可能更具有诊断价值。本实验结果表明:ABC法诊断人体包虫病较ELISA法敏感性高,且具有特异性好、简便、快速的优点。
In this study, serum anti-Echinococcus antibody specific antibodies were detected in 101 surgically confirmed hydatid disease patients, 40 non-hydatid disease patients and 61 normal individuals by ABC-ELISA. Conventional ELISA method for comparison. The positive coincidence rates of ABC and ELISA in 101 cases of hydatid disease with postoperative diagnosis were 94.06% and 81.19%, respectively. The false-positive rates of control group were 1.98% and 0.99% respectively. Antibody titer detected by the ABC method was 6.70 times as high as that of the ELISA method. 13 cases of negative echinococcosis patients ABC method positive, suggesting that the ABC method for those patients with low levels of hydatid disease may be more diagnostic value. The experimental results show that: ABC method of human echinococcosis diagnosis than the ELISA method is highly sensitive, and has good specificity, simplicity, rapidity advantages.
