1资料与方法1.1一般资料所选病例为2006年2月～2012年2月痛风性膝关节炎病人186例,患者均为男性,年龄21～71岁〔(42±12)岁〕,单发右膝89例,单发左膝70例,双侧膝关节发病27例。首次发病47例,反复多次发病139例,病程2月～20年〔(74±48)个月〕。术前诊断痛风性关节炎165例,其他诊断21例。均根据术中发现结合病理检查得到确诊。
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information The selected cases were 186 patients with gouty arthritis from February 2006 to February 2012. All patients were male, aged 21 to 71 (42 ± 12) years old, single Right knee 89 cases, single left knee in 70 cases, bilateral knee in 27 cases. The first incidence of 47 cases, repeated episodes of 139 cases, duration of 2 months to 20 years 〔(74 ± 48) months〕. Preoperative diagnosis of gouty arthritis in 165 cases, 21 cases of other diagnoses. According to intraoperative findings were confirmed by pathological examination.
