基于Deform 3D的阶梯轴冷锻成形工艺有限元分析

对30Cr2Ni4MoV合金钢阶梯轴冷锻成形工艺进行了分析,运用Deform 3D有限元软件对阶梯轴冷锻成形过程进行了模拟,得到了阶梯轴不同方向的最大等效应力及最大等效应变的变化规律。结果表明:随着阶梯轴冷锻成形的进行,阶梯轴最大等效应力与最大等效应变都呈现先增加后保持不变最后减小的趋势,且阶梯轴中心最大等效应力及最大等效应变值都小于边缘最大等效应力及最大等效应变值。 The forming process of stepped shaft of 30Cr2Ni4MoV alloy steel was analyzed. Deform 3D finite element software was used to simulate the cold forging process of stepped shaft. The maximum equivalent stress and the maximum equivalent strain in different directions of stepped shaft were obtained. . The results show that the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum equivalent strain of the stepped shaft increase first, then remain unchanged and finally decrease with the cold forging forming of the stepped shaft, and the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum equivalent effect of the stepped shaft center Variables are less than the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum equivalent strain value of the edge.
