随着新型医疗改革的不断深化,医院开始进行市场化改革,在市场经济条件下,医院经营面临的竞争越来越激烈,这就给医院的认识档案管理工作提出了更高的要求。由于传统经济体制的影响,当前医院人事档案管理工作存在很多的漏洞,严重影响了医院的整体运行效率,阻碍医院改革的顺利进行,因此,本文分析了当前医院人事档案管理工作存在的问题,并提出新形势下加强医院人事档案管理工作的措施。
With the continuous deepening of the new medical reform, the hospital began to carry out market-oriented reforms. Under the conditions of a market economy, competition in the operation of the hospital is becoming more and more fierce.
