软岩的水稳定性及在冲击荷载作用下的动态损伤力学特征一直是学术界研究的热点问题。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对泥质粉砂岩的SHPB(Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar)冲击过程进行了数值模拟,考虑了接触类型、冲击速度等变化对模拟结果的影响。结果表明,面面接触类型比较适用于带破坏准则的HJC材料模型;试样的破坏强度随着冲击速度的增加而逐渐增大,这与相关文献试验所得规律基本一致;试样的破坏是从边界处开始脱落,然后逐渐发展到试样的中间,且试样各单元的应力随着冲击速度的增加逐渐增大。
The water stability of soft rock and its dynamic damage mechanics characteristics under impact load have always been the hot issues in academic circles. The impact process of SHPB (Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar) of shaly siltstone is numerically simulated by ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element software. The influences of the contact type and impact velocity on the simulation results are considered. The results show that the surface contact type is more suitable for the HJC material model with the failure criterion. The failure strength of the specimen increases with the increase of the impact velocity, which is basically the same as that obtained from the relevant literature tests. The damage of the specimen is from The boundary began to fall off, and then gradually developed into the middle of the specimen, and the stress of each unit of the specimen gradually increased with the increase of the impact velocity.
