在建立高层建筑火灾风险评价指标体系的基础上,运用三角模糊数,构造指标两两模糊判断矩阵,然后,结合三角模糊运算和模糊综合程度值计算,得到各指标的排序,进而求得权重。基于该模糊层次分析法(FAHP),建立了高层建筑的火灾风险模糊综合评价模型,最后以某高层酒店为实例,计算出该高层建筑火灾风险隶属矩阵。依据最大隶属度原则,该高层建筑的火灾风险等级为“一般安全”;依据“赋值法”该高层建筑火灾安全等级为“一般”。两结论一致,且符合该高层建筑火灾的实际安全状况。
Based on establishing the index system of risk assessment of high-rise building fires, the triangular fuzzy number is used to construct the fuzzy discriminant matrix. Then the ranking of each index is obtained by combining the triangular fuzzy operation and the fuzzy comprehensive degree value, and then the weight is obtained. Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of fire risk in high-rise buildings is established. Finally, taking a high-rise hotel as an example, the membership matrix of fire risk in tall buildings is calculated. According to the principle of maximum membership, the fire risk rating of the high-rise building is “general safety”; the fire safety rating of the high-rise building is “normal” according to the “assignment method”. The two conclusions are consistent and in line with the actual safety status of the high-rise building fire.
