攀钢集团西昌钢钒有限公司炼铁厂360 m~2烧结主抽风机与脱硫系统增压风机配合运行过程中,经常出现喘振问题,影响烧结机的生产。本文通过对烧结过程各种喘振现象出现时的风量、压力、电流曲线的系统分析,同时结合烧结生产实际和喘振特征分析,提出了几种有效的解决措施及优化方法,在稳定烧结矿的产能和烧结烟气脱硫效率的前提下,显著减少了烧结主抽风机与脱硫风机的喘振频次。
Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Xichang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. 360 m 2 sintering main suction fan and desulfurization system booster fan with the operation of the process, often surge problems affecting the sintering machine production. In this paper, we systematically analyzed the air volume, pressure and current curves of various surge phenomena during the sintering process, and put forward several effective solutions and optimization methods based on the actual sintering production and surge analysis. Of the production capacity and sintering flue gas desulfurization efficiency under the premise of significantly reducing the sintering main suction fan and desulfurization fan surge frequency.
