目的 研究腮腺Warthin瘤的生物学行为。方法 用PCNA PC10单克隆抗体对20例Warthin瘤进行了免疫组织化学染色。结果 表明Warthin瘤组织中PCNA的阳性率为4.7％,其分布类型与组织学表现是一致的。PCNA做为细胞增殖潜力的标志物可以用来反映Warthin瘤的生物学行为。
Objective To study the biological behavior of parotid Warthin tumor. Methods Twenty cases of Warthin's tumor were immunohistochemically stained with PCNA PC10 monoclonal antibody. The results showed that the positive rate of PCNA in Warthin neoplasms was 4.7%, and its distribution type and histological findings were consistent. PCNA as a marker of cell proliferation potential can be used to reflect the biological behavior of Warthin tumors.
