目的 探讨全程健康教育模式对老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者肢体功能康复的影响. 方法 将64例老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例,观察组采用全程健康教育模式,对照组采用常规健康教育模式,采用简化Fugl-Meyer评分法比较两组的肢体功能恢复情况.结果 干预后两组简化Fugl-Meyer评分法各项评分及总分均显著高于干预前(P<0.05或0.01),观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05或0.01).结论 全程健康教育模式可以有效促进老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者肢体功能的恢复,提高康复治疗效果.“,”Objective To explore the effects of whole-course health education (WCHE) on limbs functional rehabilitation of elderly patients with post-stroke hemiplegia (PSH).Methods Sixty-four elderly PSH patients were assigned to observation and control group of 32 ones each according to random number table, observation group received WCHE and control did routine health education, and limbs functional rehabilitations compared between 2 groups with Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment (FMA).Results After intervention all items and total scores of the FMA of both groups were significantly higher compared with pre-intervention (P<0.05 or 0.01) and so were those in observation than in control group (P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion WCHE could effectively promote limbs functional rehabilitation of elderly PSH patients and boost rehabilitation care results.
