用雄性新西兰白兔观察了L-精氨酸对高脂血症时血浆脂蛋白、血清一氧化氨、脂过氧化物和超氧化物歧化酶的影响。结果发现2%L-精氨酸与2%胆固醇同时喂养90天,或喂养90天以后4%L-精氨酸治疗90天,均能有效地抑制高胆固醇所致的血清脂过氧化物的升高,提高高脂血症家兔血清超氧化物歧化酶活性,促进血管内皮细胞一氧化氮的释放。结果提示,L-精氨酸/一氧化氮可能有抗高脂血症家兔低密度脂蛋白氧化修饰的作用。
Effects of L-arginine on plasma lipoproteins, serum monoamine oxide, lipid peroxides and superoxide dismutase during hyperlipidemia were observed in male New Zealand white rabbits.
