采用离体试验（血清药理学方法和粗制剂离体试验）方法观察复方仙人球对肿瘤细胞体外生长的影响，结果发现复方仙人球对S180、EAC肿瘤细胞有直接的抑制作用，抑制率分别达39％及64％，含药血清叶S180、EAC肿瘤细胞抑制率分别达26％及34％。可见，复方仙人球对S180、EAC肿瘤细胞体外生长确有一定的细胞毒作用。
The in vitro test (serum pharmacological method and crude preparation in vitro test) was used to observe the effect of compound cents balls on the growth of tumor cells in vitro. It was found that compound centipede centrifugation had a direct inhibitory effect on tumor cells of S180 and EAC, and the inhibition rate was 39% respectively. And 64%, containing drug serum S180, EAC tumor cell inhibition rate was 26% and 34%. It can be seen that the compound centipede sphere has a certain cytotoxic effect on the growth of S180 and EAC tumor cells in vitro.
