以 2个生态型檵木材料为对照 ,对在各原产地收集到的 14个红檵木材料进行 5 5个随机引物的RAPD反应 ,共产生 6 32条稳定的扩增带 ,其中 42 7条具有多态性。按扩增带的有无列出二元数据矩阵 ,利用NTSYS pc计算Nei氏相似系数及遗传距离 ,利用SAS软件进行主成分分析。结果表明 :红檵木是檵木的变种 ,供试的 14个红檵木材料分属 4类 ,其突变途径可能是一个复杂的过程 ,存在着檵木不同生态型间、檵木与红檵木之间 ,红檵木之间的相互作用。
Based on the two ecotype albino wood materials, random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) reactions of 55 random primers were performed on 14 red alder wood collected from different places of origin, resulting in 632 stable amplification bands, of which 42 7 bands Polymorphism. According to the presence or absence of the amplified bands, a binary data matrix is listed. Nei’s similarity coefficient and genetic distance are calculated by NTSYS pc, and the principal component analysis is performed by SAS software. The results showed that: Alnus cremastogyne was a variety of Alnus cremastogyne, and the 14 red alder varieties tested belonged to 4 categories. The mutation pathway may be a complicated process with different Alnus cremastogyne, Alnus cremastogyne and red chrysanthemum Interaction between wood and red alder wood.
