When contracting projects abroad, construction companies in China must find out the country’s national conditions and laws when employing foreign workers, and adopt various methods for the rational use of foreign workers according to local conditions so as to facilitate the progress of the project and increase economic efficiency. The various methods and precautions introduced in this article can be used by construction companies that contract overseas projects.
