随着当代科学技术的飞速发展,很多研究工作都进入细胞生物化学和超微结构的分子水平,为了进一步将细胞形态和机能的研究紧密结合起来,近20多年来已发展成一门超微细胞化学的新学科,研究的范围很广,包括糖元、核酸、酸性磷酸酶、硷性磷酸酶、脂酶和ATP酶等等。我们由于科研工作的需要,曾对细胞溶酶体的酸性磷酸酶电镜标本制作技术进行探索,现将该技术的操作过程初步介绍如下。
