目的探讨磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对出血性脑梗死的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法对2009年10月至2012年10月215例脑梗死患者行MR的T1WI、T2WI、DWI与SWI扫描,分析T1WI、T2WI、DWI和SWI对出血性脑梗死检出率的差异和SWI对于出血性脑梗死的鉴别诊断价值。结果 SWI检出出血性脑梗死45例,T1WI检出20例,T2WI检出28例,DWI检出31例。SWI检出率显著优于其他方法(χ2=31.21,P<0.05)。结论 SWI较MR常规序列(T1WI和T2WI)和DWI序列可检出更多的出血性脑梗死病例,具有一定的鉴别诊断价值,可作为出血性脑梗死检查的一线方法或常规序列。
Objective To investigate the value of MR magnetic resonance weighted imaging (SWI) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Methods Twenty-five patients with cerebral infarction from October 2009 to October 2012 were examined by T1WI, T2WI, DWI and SWI. The differences of detection rate of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction (T1WI, T2WI, DWI and SWI) Differential diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Results 45 cases of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction were detected by SWI, 20 cases were detected by T1WI, 28 cases were detected by T2WI and 31 cases were detected by DWI. The detection rate of SWI was significantly better than other methods (χ2 = 31.21, P <0.05). Conclusion SWI can detect more cases of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction than MR conventional sequences (T1WI and T2WI) and DWI sequences. It has some differential diagnostic value and can be used as the first-line method or routine sequence of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.
