目的 评价、分析振动负荷对作业工人植物神经功能的影响。方法 将 38名井下凿岩工人分为白指组和接振组 ,对其进行振动负荷前后及静息与深呼吸状态下的心率变异性分析 ,并同对照组进行比较。结果 无论在振动负荷前后 ,还是静息及深呼吸状态下 ,白指组、接振组 SDANN较对照组明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,而 L H/ HF较对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,白指组变化更为显著 ;在接振组和对照组 ,静息状态及深呼吸时 ,SDANN在负荷后均较负荷前显著降低 ,L F/ HF显著增高(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,而在白指组则无明显差异。结论 局部振动作业可导致机体交感神经功能亢进和迷走神经功能下降 ;迷走神经功能受损后对振动非常敏感 ,即使短时间、低强度的振动负荷试验 ,也使其功能进一步受到损害 ;但迷走神经功能严重受损 (如 VWF患者 )时 ,对振动负荷的反应性则相对较差
Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of vibration load on autonomic function of workers. Methods Thirty-eight downhole rock drillers were divided into Baiji group and vibration receiving group.
