将机械刺激应用于骨科疾病的治疗一直是学术界的研究热点,近年研究发现:低强度高频率振动(LMHFV)在促进成骨等方面有较理想的效果,特别是针对骨质疏松、骨折后的处理等较常规的药物治疗有明显优势。大量的体内、外实验及临床调查逐渐揭示了LMHFV影响成骨的部分机制,但因各类研究方法不尽相同。本文结合近几年国内外关于LMHFV的研究,重点总结了其刺激成骨的几个主流学说,并指出了现有研究及其结果的盲点和发展空间,希望可以为以后的相关研究做铺垫并提供新思路。“,”Applying mechanical stimulation in the treatment of orthopedic diseases has been the research focus in the academia,LMHFV shows its superiority on developing osteogenesis in recent years’research,particularly in the treatment of osteoporosis and fracture.Existing?research discovers a series of mechanisms of LMHFV,but not systematic.This paper concludes both domestic and abroad theories in recent years research on LMHFV, hoping to lay the groundwork for future’s progress.
