目的了解新疆少数民族困难大学生疏离感与主观幸福感的关系,旨在提高新疆少数民族困难大学生心理健康水平。方法整群抽取新疆3所高校600名大学生,采用疏离感量表和总体幸福感量表进行问卷调查。结果新疆高校少数民族困难大学生疏离感显著高于普通学生,主观幸福感较普通学生低,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。回归分析显示,年级、城乡和情感行为的控制对疏离感有一定预测作用。结论新疆少数民族大学生心理健康水平较低,应通过高校、社会与家庭的多方努力加以改善和提高。
Objective To understand the relationship between alienation and subjective well-being of minority-poor college students in Xinjiang, aiming to improve the mental health of minority-poor college students in Xinjiang. Methods A total of 600 undergraduates from 3 universities in Xinjiang were collected by cluster analysis. The questionnaires were conducted using the alienation scale and the overall happiness scale. Results The alienation feeling of undergraduates from ethnic minorities in Xinjiang colleges was significantly higher than that of ordinary students, and the subjective well-being was lower than that of ordinary students. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Regression analysis shows that the control of grade, urban and rural areas and emotional behavior have a certain predictive effect on alienation. Conclusion The mental health of ethnic minority college students in Xinjiang is relatively low and should be improved and improved through the efforts of universities, the society and families.
