本文提出了用乙酸-溴水冷浸和2%乙酸铵热洗涤分离重晶石中的方铅矿(PbS)和它的次生氧化物硫酸铅以及毒重石(BaCO_3)的方法。本法不仅能定量分离铅和碳酸钡,而且使硫酸钡在分离中的损失由原来的2—3%减少至1%以下,从而提高了方法的准确度,操作简便易行。试验表明,冷浸热洗涤分离铅时硫酸钡损失的绝对量只有2毫克左右;在pH为5.7—6.1的乙酸-乙酸钠介质中用重铬酸铵分离锶时硫酸钡损失的绝对量为1毫克左右。
This paper presents a method for the thermal cleaning of galena (PbS) and its secondary oxides of lead sulfate and wollastonite (BaCO_3) in barite by cold washing with acetic acid-bromine and 2% ammonium acetate. The method can not only quantitatively separate lead and barium carbonate, but also reduce the loss of barium sulfate in the separation from 2-3% to less than 1% so as to improve the accuracy of the method and the operation is simple and easy to operate. The experimental results show that the absolute amount of barium sulfate lost when the lead was separated by cold soaking was only about 2 mg. The absolute amount of barium sulfate lost when stripping strontium with ammonium bichromate in acetic acid-sodium acetate solution at pH 5.7-6.1 was 1 Mg or so.
