人参果皂甙的研究,由吉林省中医中药研究所承担,在吉林省集安县制药厂协作下,并经上海内分泌研究所、北京中医研究院等十二个医疗单位临床观察完成。人参是吉林省特产药材,产量约占全国产量的60%,仅集安县一年可产人参果数十吨。此药历来以根入药,而果实则全被扔掉。为开发利用这一资源对人参果进行了系统的研究,发现人参果中总皂甙的含量为人参根的4倍,其中Re的含量近似人参根30倍。二者具有相似的作用。药理实验显示,人参果皂甙具有明显的抗缺
The research of ginseng fruit saponin was undertaken by Jilin Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, under the cooperation of Ji’an Pharmaceutical Factory of Ji’an County, and clinical observation by 12 medical units such as Shanghai Endocrine Research Institute and Beijing Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ginseng is a specialty medicinal material in Jilin Province, and its output accounts for about 60% of the national output. Only Ji’an County can produce tens of tons of ginseng fruit a year. This medicine has traditionally been rooted and the fruit has been thrown away. In order to develop and utilize this resource, a systematic study of ginseng fruit has revealed that the total saponin content in ginseng fruit is 4 times that of ginseng root, and the content of Re is approximately 30 times that of ginseng root.
