天津广播十年来坚持“百名记者在基层”品牌活动,不仅夯实了广播事业发展的基础,确保了新闻宣传的舆论导向,还在广播传播力、公信力、感染力的增强和综合实力的提升方面产生了大批成果,提供了一个可复制、可推广的标本。本文全面总结天津广播在新闻界“三项学习教育”“走转改”活动中结合自身实际,有的放矢,在创新形式、细分层次、拓展功能、完善机制等方面形成的经验,分享天津广播在人才培养与队伍建设方面的理念和实践。
