目的用4种大黄蒽醌化合物抑制幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)的实验研究方法用梯度酸碱提取法,将大黄中的4种蒽醌类化合物提取,然后用试管稀释法和纸片扩散法,分别观察它们对Hp的抑菌效果.结果4种大黄蒽醌,它们稀释度及抑制Hp环分别为∶大黄素(emodin)为1∶252(30mm,强)、大黄酸(rhein)为1∶168(28mm,强)、大黄酚(chrysophanol)为1∶128(24mm,强)、芦荟大黄素(aloeemodin)为1∶118(23mm,强),对照品大黄提取物(Rheumoficinaleextracts)仅为1∶58(15mm,中).结论4种大黄蒽醌化合物均具有较强的抑制Hp的生长作用.
OBJECTIVE To study the inhibitory effect of four rhubarb anthraquinone compounds against helicobacter pylori (Helicobacter pylori, Hp) by using gradient acid-base extraction method. Four kinds of anthraquinones were isolated from rhubarb and then diluted with test tube and diffusion method , Respectively, to observe their inhibitory effect on Hp. Results Four rhubarb anthraquinones, their dilution and inhibition of Hp ring were: 1: 252 (30 mm, strong) for emodin, 1: 168 for rhein (28 mm, Chrysophanol was 1:128 (24mm, strong), aloe-emodin was 1:118 (23mm, strong) and Rheumoficinaleextracts was only 1:58 (15mm, middle). Conclusions All four rhubarb anthraquinones have a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of Hp.
