对女大学生基本运动能力现状及其改进策略的研究——以辽宁师范大学非体育专业学生为例

为提高非体育专业女大学生的基本运动能力水平,促使她们获得良好的生活状态。以辽宁师范大学非体育专业学生为实验对象,借助文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法,对其基本运动能力现状进行研究,并提出针对性的改进策略。研究结论表明:1)非体育专业女大学生的基本运动能力较低,主要表现为其髋、膝和踝的灵活性和动态稳定性不良,骨盆和身体核心部位的动态稳定性和控制能力较差,而且身体两侧的髋部灵活性呈现出明显的非对称特点;2)为促进非体育专业女大学生基本运动能力发展,应强化非体育专业女大学生自我改进意识;重视非体育专业女大学生核心区稳定性力量训练以及加强其两侧肢体功能的对称性发展。 In order to improve the level of basic motor skills of non-sports majors, they are encouraged to obtain a good living condition. Taking non-PE majors of Liaoning Normal University as experimental subjects, this paper studied the status quo of basic sports ability by means of literature review, experimental method and mathematical statistics, and put forward some corresponding improvement strategies. The conclusions of the research are as follows: 1) The non-sports majors have lower basic exercise capacity, which is mainly characterized by poor flexibility and dynamic stability of the hip, knee and ankle, poor dynamic stability and control ability in the pelvis and body core , And the hip flexibilities on both sides of the body show obvious asymmetric characteristics; 2) In order to promote the development of basic sports ability of non-sports major female college students, the self-improvement awareness of non-PE major college students should be strengthened; Regional stability Strength training and strengthening the symmetry of limb function on both sides of the development.
