采用声发射检测与评价技术和应力测定的方法检验了高压天然气截止阀的安全性 ,制订了静压试验和疲劳试验两个方案 .在 0~ 38MPa的升压过程中 ,分别测试与计算了疲劳试验前与液压疲劳 5 432次和 1万次后的当量应力值 .结果表明 ,在整个连续声发射监测过程中 ,未发现明显的材料缺陷活动和由于微泄漏而产生的声发射信号 ;最大的当量应力值低于材料的许用应力 ,可以认为阀门的完整性较好 .
The safety of high-pressure natural gas globe valve was tested by the method of acoustic emission detection and evaluation and the method of stress measurement, and two schemes of static pressure test and fatigue test were formulated.During the pressure rise from 0 to 38MPa, the fatigue was tested and calculated separately Equivalent stress values before and after 432 days and 10,000 cycles of hydraulic fatigue were obtained.The results showed that no significant material defect activity and acoustic emission signals due to micro-leakage were observed during the continuous acoustic emission monitoring. The largest Equivalent stress values below the allowable stress of the material, the integrity of the valve can be considered better.
