目的 探讨类固醇激素对端粒酶活性调节的机制。方法 采用 PCR- EL ISA方法检测类固醇激素作用前后 KS、 SGC端粒酶活性的改变。结果 乙烯雌酚显著增强 KS、 SGC端粒酶的活性 ,而丙酸睾丸酮、氢化可的松对 KS、SGC端粒酶的活性没有显著影响。结论 乙烯雌酚影响 KS和 SGC端粒酶的激活和表达 ,其机制可能与端粒酶蛋白亚基的磷酸化及脱磷酸化有关
Objective To investigate the mechanism of steroid hormone regulating telomerase activity. Methods The telomerase activity of KS and SGC before and after steroid treatment was detected by PCR-ELISA. Results Diethylstilbestrol significantly enhanced telomerase activity of KS and SGC, while testosterone propionate and hydrocortisone had no significant effect on telomerase activity of KS and SGC. Conclusion Diethylstilbestrol can affect the activation and expression of telomerase in KS and SGC, which may be related to the phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of telomerase subunits
