为了研究机载激光雷达(light detection and ranging,Li DAR)点云数据的电力线提取以及安全距离检测,首先利用Terra Scan软件重现机载Li DAR激光点云空间的分布,采用人工交互以及移动激光点拟合法,对激光点云数据进行分类,提取电力线上的数据点,构建电力线三维模型;然后通过检测电力线上的激光点与其他地物、建构筑物激光点之间的距离,与设定的阈值进行比较,生成安全距离检测报表。实验结果表明,该方法能够精确有效地提取电力线数据并进行安全检测,对电力巡线工程具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to study the power line extraction and safety distance detection of point cloud data of airborne laser radar (LiDAR), the distribution of airborne Li DAR laser point cloud space was firstly reproduced by using Terra Scan software. The interaction between human and mobile laser Point fitting method to classify laser point cloud data and extract data points on power line to build a three-dimensional model of power line. Then, by detecting the distance between the laser point on the power line and other objects and the laser point of the building, Threshold to compare, generate safety distance test report. The experimental results show that this method can accurately and effectively extract the power line data and carry out safety inspection, which has some practical application value to the power line inspection project.
