The paper introduces a novel single-chip controlled concrete automatic batching machine. This batching machine uses the unique measurement principle of the electronic negative balance for the first time, the structure design is simple and reasonable, and it has a high performance-cost ratio. The height, volume, and weight of the batching machine are less than 1/2 of similar products on the market, and the batching speed is 1/3 faster than similar products, and the batching error is less than ±1%. The product is of great significance in improving the technical level of concrete construction in China, ensuring the quality of the project and saving cement.
