各类危机事件的频频发生使得城市重大灾害的预警和应急保障能力建设成为了政府公共管理中的一个热点问题。本文以武汉城市圈为研究对象,在介绍城市圈应急管理现状的基础上对城市圈现行应急管理中的一些不适应性进行剖析,并提出一些可行政策建议。 The frequent occurrence of all kinds of crisis events made the construction of early warning and emergency support capability of major disasters in cities become a hot issue in the public administration of the government. Based on the introduction of the current situation of emergency management in the urban area, this paper analyzes the current situation of emergency management in the urban area, and puts forward some feasible policy suggestions.
