First, the dynamic electromagnetic characteristics of the pulse solenoid valve are analyzed through experiments. By improving the material, fast valve response was obtained. Then, discussed the smart electromagnetic drive method. Developed effective pulse width modulation (PWM) and “d ~ 2i / dt ~ 2 ” detection of new technologies for the solenoid coil to maintain current and valve closing timing feedback control. Finally, the control and diagnosis of valve closure duration were investigated. The sensing mechanism of the instantaneous speed fluctuation of camshaft of fuel injection pump is introduced, which provides the basis for feedback control and diagnosis of valve closing duration and diesel injection process.
