体育学术期刊质量与编辑的工作满意度密切相关,掌握了编辑工作满意度的详细情况,就可明晰编辑部门在管理中存在的问题,以便有针对性地解决,从而提高体育学术期刊的质量。运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计以及IPA方格图等方法,对参加2015年全国体育学术期刊研讨会的编辑进行实证调查,对整体满意度的现状进行分析,并提出有针对性的对策:1)建立特色的管理模式;2)建立结构优化的团队;3)建立满意度测评的机制。旨在为提高体育学术期刊编辑工作绩效和期刊的长足发展提供有价值的参考。
The quality of sports academic journals is closely related to the job satisfaction of editors. Having mastered the details of editorial job satisfaction, the problems existing in the management of editorial departments can be clarified so that they can be solved in a targeted manner so as to improve the quality of sports academic journals. Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and IPA grid chart, this paper conducts an empirical investigation on the editors participating in the 2015 national sports academic journal seminar, analyzes the current situation of the overall satisfaction and puts forward the targeted countermeasures: 1) Establishing a distinctive management model; 2) Establishing a structure-optimized team; and 3) Establishing a mechanism for measuring satisfaction. The purpose is to provide valuable references for improving the performance of sports academic editors and the rapid development of periodicals.
