本文采用大鼠条件性位置偏爱实验方法,通过观察左旋四氢巴马汀(1-THP)对甲基苯丙胺(MA)所引起的条件性位置偏爱效应的影响,评价其对MA奖赏效应的抑制作用。结果表明,1-THP在不影响大鼠活动性的剂量(1,5mg/kg)下,可显著抑制0.5mg/kgMA所产生的条件性位置偏爱效应的表达(P<0.01)。提示1-THP可能在抑制甲基苯丙胺奖赏效应方面发挥作用。
In this study, we used a conditional conditioned place preference test in rats to evaluate the effect of MA on the rewarding effect of MA by observing the effect of L-tetrahydropalmatine (1-THP) on the conditioned place preference effect induced by methamphetamine (MA) effect. The results showed that 1-THP significantly inhibited the conditioned place preference effect (P <0.01) produced by 0.5 mg / kg MA at a dose that did not affect rat activity (1,5 mg / kg). Suggesting that 1-THP may play a role in inhibiting the reward effect of methamphetamine.
