山西省万家寨引黄一期工程中,在联接段整个输水线路上,间隔布置有7条输水隧洞,其中#1～#6隧洞长7989.9m,为圆形有压隧洞,采用洞穿PCCP管进行施工,如此长的PCCP洞穿管工程在国内尚属首例.PCCP即钢筒型预应力混凝土压力管,其基本结构是:在带有钢筒、内臂光滑的高强混凝土管芯上缠绕环向预应力钢丝,并在其上制作密实而耐久的富水泥砂浆保护层.设计采用常规钻爆法开挖、支护完成后,将PCCP管穿入洞中,管内径为3m,壁厚21.5cm,每节长5m.隧洞内PCCP管的安装顺序为:铺设轨道,洞外吊装PCCP管,洞内对接PCCP管,最后是回填混凝土和灌浆.
