为了解新疆兵团农十师儿童体内含锌水平,以便为儿童保健提出合理化建议,农十师疾病预防控制中心对2004年前来体检的儿童进行了尿锌含量的检测。现将检测结果分析报告如下。 1 对象与方法 1．1 对象:2004年3月-4月前来我中心健康体检的6个月-6岁儿童。 1．2 方法:尿锌测定．选用郑州博赛生物工程有限责任公司生产的尿锌检测试剂盒测定尿锌,测定当天留取空腹晨尿送检。 1．3 判定标准:儿童尿锌40-50μg／dl为正常,儿童尿锌≤15μg／dl为缺锌,儿童尿锌≥100μg／dl为
