目的监测几种放射诊疗工作场所辐射水平,了解医学放射工作人员所接受的剂量水平。方法采用便携式X-γ剂量仪(闪烁体探测器),同一测点连续监测10个数据,取其平均值和标准差。结果60Co治疗机的工作场所空气比释动能率最大值出现在工作人员摆位处,其值为2.9×10-6Gy/h,其他几种放射诊疗工作场所剂量率值均小于5.0×10-7Gy/h。结论辐射医学设备所在的工作场所有较好的辐射防护。
Purpose To monitor the radiation levels at several radiation clinics and to understand the dose levels accepted by medical radiation workers. Methods A portable X-γ dosimeter (scintillator detector) was used to continuously monitor 10 data at the same measuring point, taking the mean and standard deviation. Results The maximal air kerma rate in the workplace of the 60Co treatment machine appeared at the staffing place with a value of 2.9 × 10-6 Gy / h. The radiation dose rates of other radiation treatment workplaces were less than 5.0 × 10-7 Gy / h. Conclusion Radiation medical equipment where the workplace there is a better radiation protection.
