针对轨道除雪车滚刷夹芯刷毛材料(尼龙包裹钢丝结构)的弹性模量难以通过试验测得的现状,采用有限元分析软件ANS YS与材料力学中悬臂梁挠度计算公式相结合的方法推算其弹性模量,并利用该方法计算不同钢丝直径下的刷毛材料的弹性模量,同时对钢丝直径与刷毛弹性模量之间的关系进行定性分析,为除雪车刷毛材料的选型和设计提供理论依据。
