以(φP)_2PdCl_2-HCl-SnCl_2-BuOH为催化体系,考察了常压下乙炔羰化合成丙酸丁酯的均相反应动力学。由实验得到总反应速率方程,表明总反应速率与C_2H_2,CO的浓度无关,是零级反应。反应的表观活化能E为2.5Kcal/mol,在反应的各步骤中,假定醇的络合活化是速率的控制步骤,则导出的总速率方程与实验方程是一致的,还对反应机理进行了简要的阐明。 The (φP) _2PdCl_2-HCl-SnCl_2-BuOH was used as catalyst system to study the homogeneous reaction kinetics of acetylene under atmospheric pressure to synthesize butyl propionate. The total reaction rate equation was obtained experimentally, indicating that the total reaction rate has nothing to do with the concentrations of C 2 H 2 and CO and is a zero-order reaction. The apparent activation energy E of the reaction is 2.5 Kcal / mol. In each step of the reaction, assuming that the complex activation of the alcohol is the rate controlling step, the total rate equation derived is consistent with the experimental equation.
