目前,中小企业在我国整个国民经济中已成为发展最迅速的一支力量,为我国经济发展做出了巨大贡献。但由于其发展规模小,员工成长环境较差,缺乏快速成长的载体,承受市场风险的能力较弱,因此,构建快速成长型中小企业的培训体系,对于创建员工良好的成长环境从而最终提升企业的核心竞争力起到重要作用。本文以南宁大庸投资有限公司为例,研究分析如何构建快速成长型中小企业培训体系,营造良好的企业环境,提升企业核心竞争力。
